• Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it).
• Professional Data: Aspirational role, resume/CV (if uploaded), professional background, skills, and experience.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• No Cookies or Tracking: This pre-launch website does not use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies for analytics or advertising.

  We have contracts in place with our data processors, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will not share your personal information with any organization apart from us. They will hold it securely and retain it for the period we instruct.
• Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

If you join the Knovia™ beta or final platform later, your data will be governed by the updated privacy policy of the launched product. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
