We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in a transparent and secure manner.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for pre-launch access, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the website, or otherwise when you contact us. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
- Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it).
- Professional Data: Aspirational role, resume/CV (if uploaded), professional background, skills, and experience.

B. Information Collected Automatically

- Log and Usage Data: Our hosting provider (AWS Amplify, operated by Amazon Web Services) generates basic server logs for security and uptime. - No Cookies or Tracking: This pre-launch website does not use cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies for analytics or advertising.

For pre-registration data, we generally retain it for up to 24 months, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first. If you join the Knovia™ beta or final platform later, your data will be governed by the updated privacy policy of the launched product. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
