Welcome to Knovia™, a product developed and operated by Neoveda Technologies Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Knovia™ website (https://www.knovia.ai) and any related services, features, content, or applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use the Service. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms for future reference.

A. Pre-launch Nature

This website is currently in a pre-launch phase and is primarily for informational and pre-registration purposes. Features described here may change significantly before the full product launch. No AI-based services are active yet. Your pre-registration does not guarantee platform access or any specific job outcome.

B. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national, regional, or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Knovia™ or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

  • Upload or transmit any harmful files, including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or the networks or services connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service.
  • Attempt to bypass any measures of the Service designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service, or any portion of the Service.

The Knovia™ name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Neoveda Technologies Private Limited or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Neoveda Technologies Private Limited. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6. User-Generated Content

If you provide your details or upload a resume, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you have the right to share it. You are solely responsible for the content you upload or submit.

You retain ownership of your resume and personal details. By submitting information, you grant Neoveda Technologies Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, use, and process this information solely for the purpose of contacting you about Knovia™, future beta access, and related services as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user-submitted content.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Neoveda Technologies Private Limited.

Neoveda Technologies Private Limited has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

You acknowledge and agree that Neoveda Technologies Private Limited shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party web sites or services. NEOVEDA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEOVEDA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neoveda Technologies Private Limited, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your user-generated content, any use of the Service's Content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

13. Miscellaneous

A. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Neoveda Technologies Private Limited regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.

B. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Neoveda Technologies Private Limited of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Neoveda Technologies Private Limited to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

C. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
