Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements

Develop BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment

Support the complete project lifecycle from discovery to delivery

Participate in validation, UAT, and solution testing

Ensure solutions meet business goals and compliance standards
